Some prelim thoughts on the current state of the web/tech field.

== Self believe, in acheiving tech 'whale' status ==
 Technology fences the potentiality of a business-space. 
 Knowing this space, and what lies 'just beyond' allows for these 'whales' to move and dominate. This requires a business oriented technical person to map. (or vice versa)
Without a solid brain-trust/execution team, tech companies will eventually lose.
 eBay is just hemorrhaging.. and so is msft. But msft is big enough
to have a deep reserve. Amzn never had that deep a pool but it seems to have kept it's men
